Delivery Policy

We aim to deliver all flooring orders within 2–3 working days, subject to stock availability.

Before placing your order, please ensure your delivery address has suitable road access for an HGV. If access is restricted, you must inform us in advance so that appropriate delivery arrangements can be made. Additional charges may apply for alternative delivery solutions.

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to restricted access, the absence of a recipient, or no safe place to leave the goods, a re-delivery fee will be charged. We will contact you to arrange a new delivery time.

Delivery Charges

• Orders over £300 qualify for free standard delivery (excluding Scotland).
• Orders under £300 will incur a £30 delivery charge (plus VAT).
• Deliveries to Scotland are subject to a £50 delivery surcharge (plus VAT), regardless of order value.
